For Established patients only:
Phone Visits are available for NON URGENT issues. You will be able to schedule just like an office visit and remain in the comfort of your own home, office, or car. There fees will be submitted to your insurance but will likely become your responsibility. They will cost $49 for under 15 min and $99 for over 15 min. Office visits cost $66 to over $393 for established patient.
Email Visits are available for NON URGENT issues. Secure messaging will allow confidential exchange of information between you and Dr. Hanson. To initiate an E visit, email me at gwenhanson@rockwoodfamilymd.com. I'll help with a one time registration to secure messaging and we'll get started. Responses will be received no later than the NEXT business day. A $35 fee will be billed to your insurance but is likely to become your responsibility.
The following Tips will optimize EMAIL visits for you:
1. Tell me your story! Your own words are best.
2. Add details I'm likely to need. How and when did this start? How has it changed since then? Describe the character of your symptom (eg pain can be throbbing, sharp, dull, burning etc, Dizziness can be light headed or spinning etc). What symptoms accompany your main problem? What makes it better or worse? Where are these symptoms occurring?
3. What's your answer? What do you suspect is causing this? What worries you about it?
